SDSU Students:

SDSU students will register through WebPortal using the Military Science schedule numbers provided in the current SDSU class schedule. These numbers are available online.

Cal State San Marcos Students:

CSUSM students will need to complete a Concurrent Enrollment Form to register for their Mil S classes. This form can be obtained by visiting the Army ROTC office in Craven 6228 on the San Marcos Campus or using the link below.

http://www.csusm.edu/enroll/allforms/csu_intrasystem_concurrent_visitor_enroll_form.pdf

Students will complete the form using the Mil S course numbers listed in the SDSU class schedule. These numbers are available online. This form must be signed by a Mil S instructor before it is returned to Vicki. Be sure that the form is completed and submitted by the CSU add/drop deadline like all other courses.

Community Colleges:

California offers a Cross Enrollment benefit allowing Jr. College students to enroll in one class at SDSU for $52. This benefit should be used for their 3 unit lecture class. The form can be printed from the following link:

http://arweb.sdsu.edu/es/registrar/CrossEnrollment.pdf

Although this process has detailed steps that must be followed exactly, the financial savings of $206 makes it worth the effort!

For the Mil S LAB, students will enroll through Extended Studies using the schedule numbers provided by that division. This can be done online http://www.ces.sdsu.edu/Pages/FindCourse.aspx , in person at the Extended Studies Office, or through the mail.

UCSD:

California offers a Cross Enrollment benefit allowing UCSD students to enroll in one class at SDSU for $52. This benefit should be used for the 3 unit lecture class. The form can be printed from the following link:

http://arweb.sdsu.edu/es/registrar/CrossEnrollment.pdf

This process has detailed steps that must be followed exactly, but the financial savings of $206 make it worth the effort.

For the Mil S LAB, students will enroll through Extended Studies. This can be done online http://www.ces.sdsu.edu/Pages/FindCourse.aspx , in person at the Extended Studies Office, or through the mail.

USD:

MS I, MS II, and MS III students will enroll in their classes at USD using the schedule numbers provided in the current USD class schedule.

MS IV cadets will have to enroll in their 3 unit lecture class through Extended Studies since USD does not yet offer that course on that campus.

For the Mil S LAB, USD students will enroll through Extended Studies. This can be done online http://www.ces.sdsu.edu/Pages/FindCourse.aspx , in person at the Extended Studies Office, or through the mail.
